Pest Control Labourer – Termite Treatments

Stewarts Pest Control is a family-owned Perth business that has been operating since 1954. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on labourer to assist our experienced technicians with termite treatments throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

This is a casual position offering approximately four to five days of work per week. No pest-control experience is required—we will provide full on-the-job training. For the right person, there is also an opportunity to train and progress into a qualified pest-control technician role.

The role

You will work alongside our termite technicians and assist with:

- Drilling concrete, paving and brickwork

- Digging and trenching around buildings

- Preparing properties for termite treatments

- Setting up, moving and packing away equipment

- Sweeping, cleaning and leaving work areas tidy

- Loading and unloading tools and materials

- Following workplace health and safety procedures

- General labouring and assisting technicians as required

The work is active, practical and mostly performed outdoors. Some jobs can be dusty or dirty, and early starts are required. Finish times may vary depending on the day’s scheduled work.

About you

We are looking for someone who:





- Holds a current manual driver’s licence

- Is reliable, punctual and ready to work

- Can safely undertake repetitive, physically demanding work

- Is comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions

- Takes pride in leaving a job clean and tidy

- Can follow instructions and work well as part of a team

- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn

- Treats customers, their homes and teammates with respect

Previous labouring, construction or trade experience would be helpful but is not essential.
