Barista - Chadstone

Brunetti Oro is seeking experienced Barista's to join our friendly, dedicated, teams in the following venue's:

- Brunetti Oro Myer

- Brunetti Oro Swanston Street

- Brunetti Oro Flinders Lane

Serious about coffee, our Barista team receives accredited Barista training and ongoing mentorship from our coffee partners Lavazza, giving you a professional edge while working in a dynamic and professional environment.

As Barista you are required to provide a consistent, high-level quality coffee experience.

You should have a minimum of 1 years experience and have the ability to provide superior levels of customer service.

The successful applicant must:

- Be fast on the machine, yet not willing to compromise on quality (Barista)

- Be confident and a strong communicator

- Adopt a hands-on approach,



delivering superior levels of customer service and quality coffee in a quick-paced environment

- Work as part of a team, fostering a respectful, productive, and collegial working environment and culture

- Demonstrated coffee knowledge with experience dialing recipes and adjusting brewing parameters

- Experience working with volumetric is desirable

- Experience working with 2 La Cimbali coffee machines, Pugpress, Mazzer Robur S Grinder machines, and a Juggler tap system is desirable

- The ability to deliver and maintain a premium customer experience and a premium product - coffee!
