We’re currently looking for experienced Cooks and Chefs to join our team and work across aged care and healthcare sites throughout Adelaide’s metropolitan suburbs.

As a Cook or Chef, your work plays an significant part in supporting residents, patients and healthcare teams by preparing nutritious, high-quality meals that meet a range of dietary requirements.

Cook & Chef Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook nutritious meals in line with aged care and healthcare requirements
- Prepare texture-modified meals and special diets, including pureed, minced and moist, soft and bite-sized and other dietary requirements
- Assist with meal plating and distribution
- Complete and record food, fridge and freezer temperature checks
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and infection control standards
- Manage stock and assist with food ordering
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen setting

What We're Looking ForWe’re looking for reliable, experienced Cooks and Chefs who are confident stepping into different healthcare and aged care environments.

To join our team, you'll need:

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent




- Minimum 6 months' experience within an Aged Care or Hospital environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Proof of 2026 Influenza Vaccination
- Current COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum 2)
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons
- Knowledge and experience with modified diets and IDDSI guidelines
