This is an excellent opportunity not to be missed, the successful applicant will receive continued training and support alongside a very friendly energetic team, backed by an experienced Parts Manager with outstanding product knowledge.

The Role -

- Provide inbound sales & customer service via phone, email and counter.

- Parts interpreting – Identify make and model of vehicle or equipment, utilize electronic parts catalogues or databases to procure parts and accessories.

- Assist internal and external customers with their enquiries and provide best available information and product to suit their needs.

- Using database pick & pack outbound orders, unpack and distribute inbound orders via storeroom.

- Assist with regular stock-take or inventory counts as required.





- Participate in on-line and face to face training programs.

- Assist in maintaining parts department cleanliness and organization.

- Have a laugh and enjoy interactions with fellow staff and customers.

Key Attributes -

- A positive approach to your work and eager to learn.

- Have a friendly approachable attitude and be able to work well in a team and alone.

- Willing to work some overtime during busy periods.

- Possess intermediate computer, numeracy, and literacy skills.
