About the role

You'll run your own caseload of plaintiff matters from intake to resolution, with paralegal support and direct access to the Principal. The work is a mix of WorkCover, CTP and PIPA claims, together with TPD and income protection claims.

Key responsibilities

- Run your own caseload of plaintiff matters from intake to resolution

- Handle WorkCover, CTP and public liability claims

- Manage TPD and income protection claims

About you

- Admitted in Queensland with a current practising certificate

- Minimum 3 years' PAE in plaintiff personal injury law in Queensland

- Proven track record of running WorkCover, CTP and public liability claims from intake through to resolution, and achieving strong outcomes for clients

- Ideally some experience with TPD and income protection claims

- Able to run files independently,



with solid drafting, negotiation and client communication skills

- Commercially minded, with sound judgement
