About you

You bring experience communicating with customers over the phone, via email, portals and occasionally face to face. you enjoy the associated administrative work and you are a reliable point of contact for clients and colleagues.

You take pride in creating a positive client experience, following through on requests and helping people feel supported.

You communicate clearly, build positive working relationships and bring a calm, professional approach to your work.

You are organised, attentive to detail and comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy team environment.

You do not need prior industry knowledge. What matters most is your curiosity, proactive attitude and genuine interest in learning more about our customers, products and services as you build confidence in a growing industry.

About the Role

As a Client Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of clients and act as a key point of contact for enquiries and requests. You will coordinate client needs, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day administrative,



compliance and billing processes.

Working closely with Accountants and the Client Services Manager, you will help deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.

You will receive guidance from experienced colleagues and be supported to build your technical knowledge over time as the business continues to grow.
