We're looking for an Account Manager to join our WA Government team and support a portfolio of government clients. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with a portfolio of government clients
- Responding to client enquiries and providing timely support
- Assisting clients with replacement programs
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer experience with vehicle quotes and orders.
- Preparing and discussing fleet reports with clients
- Identifying opportunities to help clients improve fleet performance and reduce costs
- Supporting the rollout of new products and services where appropriate
- Maintaining client information and activities within Salesforce
- Assisting with client meetings and account reviews

About You

You may already be working in account management, customer service, fleet administration, client services or a similar customer-focused role.

We're looking for someone who:

- Enjoys building strong customer relationships




- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Has strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Is confident using Microsoft Office applications
- Can work independently while also being a collaborative team member

Previous experience in fleet management, leasing, automotive, finance or a related industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
