Taishin International Bank Brisbane Branch is seeking for a bilingual banking professional with robust credit analysis skills to join our Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

The Role

The Assistant Relationship Manager will support the Relationship Manager in managing and growing a portfolio of valued customers within designated geographical markets. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and identifying growth opportunities to achieve business targets.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare, draft and assist to complete of credit proposals.

- Providing support across all credit related activities.

- Extract and analyse financial statements, cash flow forecasts and other complex financial reports, providing accurate assessments.

- Assist the Relationship Manager with miscellaneous administration of the client portfolio ensuring all documentation and customer files are maintained in accordance with Bank’s policies and procedures.

- Attend to client queries, ensuring all queries are responded in a timely and skilled manner and in keeping with established service standards.

- Conduct after – lending management.

- Maintain and develop professional skills and knowledge to abide by the compliance duties.





- Annual review of customer credit terms and conditions.

Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience in business, commercial or corporate banking environment are desirable.

- Degree in accounting/finance.

- Have strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin.

- Good data analysis and report writing skills.

- Solid understanding of business, commercial or corporate banking operation.

- Great customer relationship building skills.

- Good negotiation skills and ability to meet targets.

- A team player that can work in a collaborative environment.
