Our upcoming location at YOMG South Bank is now seeking Full Time Front of House Supervisors!

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Availability to work 38 hours per week across a five-day roster.
- Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends as required.
- Experience in managing a front of house customer service team.
- To be a leader, who can maintain exceptional service and positive customer experience.
- A hands-on, self-motivated and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- A willingness to learn, develop and uphold YOMG’s standards.
- A customer-focused mindset.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, quality food and exceptional service.
