Junior Customer Service Operator | Wetherill Park

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:36 PM | $33.70 per hour

Our client, Australia’s leading auto glass supply company, is looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join their friendly and supportive team based in Wetherill Park.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, reliable and eager to learn. Full training will be provided, making this position ideal for someone looking to develop their customer service, administration and communication skills.

About the Role

As a Junior Customer Service Operator, you will be responsible for assisting customers and supporting the team with day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with enquiries

- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Entering customer and order information into internal systems

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email

- Providing friendly and professional customer service

- Following up on orders and customer requests





- Liaising with internal teams to ensure orders are processed correctly

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation

- Assisting with general administration and daily branch operations

About You

The successful candidate will be:

- Friendly, professional and confident when speaking with customers

- Reliable and punctual

- Comfortable using computers and learning current systems

- Organised and attentive to detail

- A quick learner with a positive attitude

- Able to work well as part of a team

- Previous customer service or administration experience is desirable but not essential
