Cockburn Toyota is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Pre-Delivery & Accessory Fitter to join our team.

This is a hands-on role working with new Toyota vehicles, preparing them to the highest standard before delivery to our customers. You will be responsible for fitting Toyota Genuine Accessories, completing pre-delivery work and ensuring every vehicle is presented and prepared in accordance with Toyota and dealership standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Fitting Toyota Genuine Accessories in accordance with Toyota installation instructions and quality standards

- Carrying out new vehicle pre-delivery inspections and preparation

- Installing a range of vehicle accessories and components using hand and power tools

- Following Toyota technical information, installation instructions and standard work procedures

- Completing quality checks to ensure all work is finished to a high standard

- Identifying and reporting vehicle, component or fitment concerns

- Ensuring vehicles are prepared accurately and efficiently within required timeframes

- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

- Ensuring commitment and compliance with OHS and other company policies

- Working closely with the workshop, sales and pre-delivery teams to ensure vehicles are ready for customer handover

What we are looking for:

- Previous automotive accessory fitting, pre-delivery or similar automotive experience is highly regarded

- Experience working with Toyota vehicles and Toyota Genuine Accessories would be advantageous

- Good mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools





- Ability to read and accurately follow technical and accessory installation instructions

- Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your workmanship

- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work

- A safety-focused approach

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- A current valid Australian Driver's Licence

A Certificate II in Automotive Accessory Fitting or similar qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.

Qualified Automotive Technicians who are interested in moving into a Pre-Delivery and Accessory Fitting role are also encouraged to apply.

You will become part of an experienced team responsible for ensuring our new Toyota vehicles are prepared to the standard our customers expect.
