Our client is a well-established specialist contractor delivering utilities and underground infrastructure projects across Sydney and NSW.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team and play a key role in securing new projects.

The Role

- Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and tenders for civil and underground utility projects.
- Review drawings, scopes, quantities and specifications and undertake first-principles estimating.
- Manage the tender process from initial review through to submission.
- Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
- Work closely with the Project Delivery and Commercial teams to ensure a smooth handover.

About You
- Proven experience as an Estimator within utilities,



underground infrastructure or civil construction.
- Strong understanding of earthworks, trenching, excavation and underground services.
- Confident with first-principles estimating and tender preparation.
- Robust commercial acumen with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
