Our client is a growing and well-established Managed Services Provider (MSP) that partners with businesses across Australia to deliver innovative, reliable and customer-focused technology solutions. As their business continues to expand, they are looking for an Operations, Warehouse & Procurement Assistant. This is a diverse, fast-paced role where you'll play a key role in ensuring the business operates efficiently behind the scenes.

About the Role

As the Operations, Warehouse & Procurement Assistant, you'll work closely with multiple departments across the business, helping maintain accurate inventory records, coordinating procurement activities, supporting sales administration and contributing to a well-organised workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics





- Take ownership of the organisation and presentation of the warehouse

- Receive, label, store and dispatch equipment and stock

- Coordinate incoming and outgoing hardware, deliveries and client assets

- Arrange couriers, freight and equipment transfers

- Maintain accurate inventory records across office locations, vehicles and storage areas

- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment

- Support stocktakes and inventory accuracy

Procurement & Supplier Coordination

- Source and order IT hardware, software and business equipment

- Process purchase orders and track deliveries

- Liaise with suppliers, distributors and vendors

- Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices

- Maintain supplier records and preferred purchasing processes

Asset Management

- Maintain accurate records of company assets

- Track equipment, tools, devices and software licences

- Coordinate asset allocation, returns and audits

- Assist with stock reconciliation and reporting

Sales Administration

- Support the sales team with quotations and order processing

- Assist with quote follow-up and customer communications

- Coordinate order handovers and delivery updates

Office & Business Operations

- Help maintain a professional, organised office environment

- Coordinate office supplies and workplace facilities

- Support internal administration and business operations

- Assist with travel bookings and event coordination





- Answer incoming calls when required and provide excellent customer service

- Finance admin related duties such as raising invoices following approved quotations, supporting basic accounts administration, processing payments where required, and maintaining accurate financial and procurement records

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organised and supporting multiple areas of a growing business. You'll ideally bring:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- A professional and friendly phone manner

- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- A hands-on attitude and willingness to assist with warehouse and inventory tasks

- The ability to work independently whilst collaborating with the wider team

Highly Regarded

- Experience in warehouse, inventory, procurement or logistics

- Experience within an MSP, technology company or professional services setting

- Exposure to quoting, purchasing or sales administration

- Experience using CRM, PSA, inventory or accounting systems

- Knowledge of IT hardware, software licensing or vendor portals

- Experience coordinating freight, couriers or equipment logistics

- Basic accounts or invoicing experience
