With a strong pipeline of work, we have the exciting opportunity to add an experienced Site Manager to our team.

This position is anticipated to commence in February 2027.

Our ideal candidate would be well experienced in managing building projects within the commercial sector. Our project values generally vary between $5M and $35M.

About the Role

You'll take ownership of your project from site establishment through to completion, ensuring it's delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to Calida's high standards. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing day-to-day site operations

- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers

- Driving quality, programme and safety outcomes

- Leading toolbox talks and site meetings

- Building relationships with clients, consultants and external stakeholders





- Liaising with councils, statutory authorities and other external stakeholders

- Leading, mentoring and developing your site team

About You

You'll have:

- A trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction (or similar)

- 5+ years' Site Management experience delivering $5M–$35M commercial construction projects

- Strong experience across fit out, refurbishment and current build projects within the hospitality, retail and commercial sectors

- Experience managing projects involving councils and other external stakeholders

- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

- White Card and First Aid/CPR certification
