Facility Manager — Residential Aged Care — Sydney's North Shore
A well-established, values-driven not-for-profit aged care provider is looking for an experienced Facility Manager for one of their North Sydney's RAC homes.

This is a genuine leadership opportunity for an experienced clinical leader to take ownership of care delivery within a 70+bed home.

The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of all aspects of clinical and care leadership across the home, upholding the organisation's mission and values while driving high standards of resident care. Day to day, you'll:

- Lead, mentor and manage clinical and support teams to deliver excellence in resident care
- Ensure compliance with Accreditation Standards and Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission requirements
- Oversee admissions,



discharges and occupancy management
- Implement and maintain quality improvement, infection control and WHS programs
- Manage budgets, resources and procurement within organisational guidelines
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff and the wider community

What We're Looking For

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and a minimum of 5 years' Australian aged care nursing experience
- Current experience as a Facility Manager preferred
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
- In-depth understanding of Aged Care legislation and Accreditation Standards
- Strong IT skills, including experience with a care management system
- A genuine focus on continuous quality improvement and innovation
- Postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology or Administration desirable
