Make the right choice

Reporting to the GM Operations, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across Kiwicare's Quality, Safety and Environmental functions throughout Recent Zealand and Australia.

You'll lead the development and continuous improvement of management systems, governance frameworks and assurance programmes that help protect people, products and the workplace while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, influencing stakeholders, driving compliance and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

- Lead Kiwicare's Quality, Safety & Environmental strategy across ANZ
- Own and continuously improve Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems
- Drive compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Lead audits, investigations, corrective actions and assurance activities
- Coach and support leaders to strengthen risk management and accountability
- Develop meaningful performance metrics and reporting for executive leadership
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the business

What you’ll bring with you

- 5+ years' experience in quality, safety, compliance, environmental or manufacturing leadership roles
- Strong experience managing management systems,



audits and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with risk management, investigations and continuous improvement programmes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
- A practical, hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking
- Passion for building secure, compliant and high-performing workplaces
