About the role

This is a client-facing sales role focused on Australian migration and visa services. You will communicate with prospective clients, understand their needs, introduce relevant migration services, follow up on enquiries and support clients throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

- Communicate with prospective clients regarding Australian migration and visa services

- Follow up with new enquiries and existing leads

- Understand client needs and introduce relevant services

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to conversion

- Support business development and client acquisition

- Work closely with migration professionals and internal teams

- Maintain accurate client and sales records

- Work towards individual and team sales targets

About you

- Fluent Mandarin Chinese is required

- Valuable English communication skills

- Strong communication, interpersonal and client-facing skills





- Confident speaking with clients and following up leads

- Results-driven and comfortable working in a sales environment

- Sales, customer service, consulting or account management experience is highly regarded

- Full-time working rights in Australia

- Previous migration industry experience is an advantage, but not essential
