Qualified Painter – High-End Residential & Architectural Finishes

Coastal Brush is seeking a qualified painter who takes genuine pride in their work and values quality, structure and consistency on site.

We are not a volume-based painting company. Our work focuses on refined finishes, detailed preparation and well-managed projects across high-end residential and commercial builds in the Whitsundays.

The Role

This is a casual position with the opportunity to transition to full-time for the right person.

You will be working across:

- High-end residential builds

- Renovations

- Architectural finishes including coatings, timber and specialty systems

Hours
Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing

• Detailed surface preparation, including sanding, filling and controlled finishing
• Application of premium paint systems and specialty coatings
• Working to a high standard of finish across interiors and exteriors
• Maintaining clean, organised and professional worksites
• Communicating effectively with team members and other trades

What We’re Looking For





• Qualified painter with a minimum of 4 years’ experience
• Strong understanding of preparation and finishing systems
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Qualified attitude and clear communication
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Experience with high-end residential work or specialty finishes is highly regarded.
