About the role:

We're looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to help establish and lead a new LPG transport operation in the Dandenong/Hallam area.

You'll lead a team of drivers and oversee fleet, safety, compliance and day-to-day delivery operations, while playing an important role in setting up the new depot and supporting the team as the operation grows. Working closely with drivers, schedulers and internal stakeholders, you'll help create a safe, collaborative and well-organised operation that delivers reliable outcomes for customers.

- Lead, coach and support a team of drivers, creating a positive and safety-focused team environment
- Help establish and grow a new logistics operation in the Dandenong/Hallam area
- Coordinate transport activities including load allocation, routing, scheduling and service delivery
- Support compliance across heavy vehicles, fatigue, Chain of Responsibility and Dangerous Goods requirements
- Oversee fleet availability, servicing, defects and maintenance requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, service delivery and operational efficiency

What will you bring?

- Experience in transport, logistics or supply chain operations within a regulated or safety-focused environment
- Experience leading or supervising drivers within heavy vehicle operations
- Knowledge of HVNL, Chain of Responsibility and fatigue management requirements
- Strong leadership,



communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A current Car Licence, with HC/MC and Dangerous Goods licences highly regarded
