About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Perth Distribution Centre in Canning Vale on our AM Shift, Monday to Friday, 4:00am–12:00pm.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead from the front, supporting the team through the daily operation of a busy warehouse.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with the wider Warehouse and Head Office teams to keep the operation running safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

If you’re an experienced warehouse operator ready to take the next step into leadership, we’re also open to strong warehouse candidates who are looking to develop into a supervisory role.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead, coach and support the warehouse team in line with operational procedures and monthly goals

- Delegate workloads and help ensure daily priorities are achieved





- Act as a key point of contact for the wider team and Head Office

- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Use initiative and problem-solving skills to manage the challenges of a busy warehouse

- Monitor workflow and help keep the team operating efficiently

- Lead from the front by getting hands-on with picking and packing during busy periods

- Support a safe, positive and productive warehouse environment

- Maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail and housekeeping

About You

You’re a reliable, proactive and positive warehouse professional who enjoys working with people and isn't afraid to get hands-on.

You'll bring:

- 3–5 years' consecutive warehouse experience in a leadership role

- Strong warehouse experience and a genuine interest in developing your leadership career

- Current LO or LF forklift licence with demonstrated operating experience

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team

- Robust interpersonal, communication and coaching skills

- A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making

- Basic IT and technology skills

- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow processes

- The physical fitness required for repetitive manual handling and extended periods on your feet
