- A qualified mechanic with proven experience as a Service Advisor

- Someone who knows what it’s like at the front counter—and keeps it cool under pressure

- A confident communicator who sells with integrity and builds trust quick





- Strong with digital systems (Automation, Google Suite, and more)

- Thinks for themselves, follows systems, and owns their outcomes

- Listens well, adapts quickly, and makes the team around them better

What You’ll Be Doing

- Own the front-of-house: greet customers, book jobs, manage the workflow

- Quote, invoice, and follow up with clarity and care

- Keep the calendar smooth and the techs in the loop

- Use our digital tools to make the day flow (Automation, parts integrations, etc.)

- Hit KPIs around customer satisfaction, conversion, and upsells

- Back the team and be backed in return
