In this key leadership position, you will support clinical governance, professional nursing standards and workforce capability across residential and home care services in the South East Region. What you’ll be doing

- Providing professional leadership and oversight for enrolled and registered nurses across residential and home care services.
- Building and leading the South East Region's local Clinical Community of Practice to support collaboration, knowledge sharing and best-practice care.
- Delivering clinical education, mentoring and professional supervision to develop and maintain nursing capability.
- Monitoring clinical quality and risk at Hub level, identifying trends and driving improvement opportunities.
- Partnering with operational and service excellence leaders to support consistent standards, reporting and continuous improvement.
- Supporting the development and implementation of clinical policies, protocols and tools that strengthen safe and effective care.
- Acting as an escalation point and subject matter expert for complex clinical matters.

About you

You are an experienced, solutions-focused clinical leader who is committed to quality outcomes for residents, clients and employees. You bring strong relationship-building skills,



sound clinical judgement and the ability to influence practice across multidisciplinary teams.

To be successful, you will bring

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Extensive management experience, ideally within aged care, home care, residential or community services.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, clinical quality, risk management and aged care standards.
- Demonstrated capability in root cause analysis, quality improvement and solution-focused interventions.
- Exceptional organisational, planning, time management, communication and negotiation skills.
- Established networks and partnerships that support service development and improved care outcomes.

Highly regarded

- Postgraduate qualification related to aged, residential or community services.
- Experience with operational management and clinical service delivery.
- Experience developing nursing training, education systems or workforce capability programs.
