Mackay Mazda is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Finance & Insurance Consultant. While previous automotive finance experience is highly regarded, it is not essential. What matters most is your ability to connect with customers, identify opportunities, and deliver an outstanding experience.

This role would suit someone with a proven background in retail sales, hospitality sales, customer service, banking and finance or a similar customer-facing sales environment who is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Be Doing





- Assisting customers with finance and insurance solutions

- Learning automotive lending and compliance requirements

- Building strong customer relationships

- Working closely with our sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Processing finance applications and supporting customers through the approval process

What We're Looking For

Essential:

- Minimum 2 years' full time stable employment.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

- Current Australian driver's licence

Preferred (but not essential):

- Automotive industry experience

- Previous finance or insurance experience

- Experience working in a dealership environment
