As part of a highly respected multidisciplinary fertility team, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals of building a family, while developing specialist fertility expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

We are currently seeking an experienced RN or RM who will make an important contribution in the delivery and support of a personalised fertility treatment plan. You will be responsible for patient nursing care throughout the patient's fertility treatment cycles. Central to this role is a strong patient focus and the consistent provision of a high standard of customer service, exercised with empathy and care. Fundamental to the role is the delivery of qualified care, education and information to guide patients and provide an exceptional experience.

Joining a supportive team of experienced Fertility Nurses at WFC, and reporting to the Director of Nursing,



you will provide the full range of fertility investigations and treatment. This includes, performing venepuncture, transvaginal ultrasounds, interpreting blood results, education and support of the fertility patient; and assist with the smooth running of the Nursing Unit to ensure a high standard of care.

To succeed in this application, you will have:

- Current unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency;

- Evidence of consistent ongoing professional development and education;

- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills;

- Proven customer service skills in patient care;

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;

- Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst offering exceptional patient care at all times;

- Ability to work in a cross disciplinary team;

- Accurate data entry and record maintenance for ANZARD reporting;

- A genuine interest in the latest ART treatment procedures;

This role is rostered across seven days per week and involves daytime shifts only, with no night duty requirements.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
