About the Role

Reporting to the COO/Production Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring materials and finished products move efficiently through the business while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight
• Resolve freight delays, damages and claims
• Coordinate loading, unloading, packing and dispatch
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control
• Champion LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives




• Promote and monitor WHS procedures and practices
• Support hazard identification and risk reduction
• Conduct safety and quality inspections
• Support final quality inspections before dispatch

About You

You are a highly organised and motivated logistics professional who takes pride in creating safe, efficient and well-run workplaces.

Essential

• Current Driver Licence
• Current Forklift Licence
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Genuine commitment to workplace health and safety

Desirable

• Warehousing, logistics or supply chain experience
• Inventory and warehouse systems experience
• Understanding of LEAN manufacturing
• HR Licence, White Card and/or First Aid Certificate
• Experience with Smartsheet, Monday.com or Odoo
