What you'll be doing?

- Leading a diverse client portfolio — Taking ownership of a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, building trusted, long-term relationships that deliver real value.
- Providing strategic advice to senior executives — Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, offering considered strategic communications guidance on complex business issues.
- Leading integrated communication campaigns — Developing and delivering integrated communication programs spanning corporate communications, media relations, stakeholder engagement, digital communications, and issues management.
- Mentoring and developing consultants — Supporting the growth of consultants and account managers,



sharing expertise and helping build the next generation of communications talent within the agency.
- Managing commercial performance — Overseeing budgets, scopes, and profitability across the client portfolio to ensure strong commercial outcomes alongside excellent client service.
- Contributing to agency growth — Playing an active role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to support the agency's continued growth and success.

Who are we looking for?

- Agency experience — A minimum of five or more years of experience in a public relations or communications agency, or a similar environment, is required for this role.
- Client relationship skills — Outstanding relationship-building skills with a genuine ability to earn trust and deliver value for senior stakeholders and clients alike.
- Strategic thinking and writing ability — Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent writing skills, with the ability to translate complex business issues into clear and compelling communications.
- Integrated campaign experience — Demonstrated experience leading integrated communication programs across multiple channels and disciplines.
- Confidence advising senior stakeholders — The ability to engage credibly and confidently with senior executives, providing trusted strategic counsel.
- Collaborative leadership style — A genuine and supportive approach to leadership, with the ability to mentor and develop others while leading by example.
- Commercial awareness — Solid experience managing project budgets, scopes,



and profitability within a commercial agency environment.
- Sector experience — Experience in transport, government, property, franchise, not-for-profit, health, manufacturing, or agribusiness sectors will be highly regarded, though not essential.
