About the role

Relationships Australia NT is looking for an experienced and organised Regional Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of our Alice Springs office and Client Service operations.

This is a varied role that combines client service, administrative functions and regional operations. You will be a key connection between our Alice Springs and Darwin office, helping to ensure services run smoothly and clients receive a professional, welcoming and client-focused experience. If you're an administration or client services professional who enjoys supporting people, coordinating a regional office and finding practical solutions to make things work better, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

Working closely with the Manager Client Services and other program and corporate teams, you will:

- Provide day-to-day oversight and support to the Client Services team.
- Be a welcoming and skilled first point of contact for clients, including people who may be experiencing distress or crisis.
- Coordinate client appointments, enquiries and service information.
- Support EAP coordination and relationships with Central Australian organisations.
- Coordinate regional meetings, staff movements, onboarding and remote travel.
- Support the smooth operation of the Alice Springs office, including facilities, fleet, WHS and ICT requirements.
- Provide administrative support to practitioners and managers.
- Maintain accurate records, data and reporting.
- Support financial administration processes including banking, petty cash and debtor management.
- Contribute to regional engagement,



internal communications and continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful:

You will be an organised and capable professional who can confidently manage competing priorities while supporting a small team in a busy social services environment.

We're looking for someone with:

- Experience in administration, client services or office coordination.
- Experience providing team oversight, coordination or informal leadership.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with clients, staff and external stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Office and client management system skills.
- Experience maintaining accurate records, data and reporting.
- Initiative and a practical approach to improving processes.
- Sound judgement and the ability to respond sensitively to people experiencing distress.
- An understanding of confidentiality, privacy and risk requirements.

Experience in a not-for-profit or social services organisation will be highly regarded, as will relevant qualifications in business administration.
