We are seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Selling Sales Manager to lead the used vehicle sales operations at our Five Dock dealership. This is a key role for a results‑oriented automotive professional who thrives in a rapid‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving strong commercial outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Group General Manager of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping sales performance, team culture, and the overall success of our used car division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and motivate the used car sales teams to achieve volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets

- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to grow revenue and market share

- Work closely with Finance & Insurance teams to maximise customer solutions and product penetration

- Manage inventory, manage stock levels, pricing strategies, and inventory mix to ensure optimal turnover and profitability

- Oversee accurate and compliant documentation of all sales transactions, including trade‑ins and finance agreements

- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement

- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to support business growth

About You

- Proven experience in a used car sales management role within the automotive industry





- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high‑performing teams

- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and improving dealership profitability

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities

- Highly organised, commercially minded, and confident in decision‑making
