Key responsibilities
Deliver Infrastructure Sustainability (IS) ratings across major infrastructure projects
Support Green Star assessments and broader sustainability initiatives
Contribute to sustainability and ESG strategy, reporting and benchmarking
Assist with climate risk, carbon reduction and decarbonisation initiatives and assessments
Prepare high-quality technical reports, submissions and client deliverables
Work closely with clients and project teams to deliver practical sustainability outcomes
Contribute to proposals, tenders and business development activities where appropriate
About you
Essential: Demonstrated experience delivering Infrastructure Sustainability (IS) and Green Star ratings
Tertiary qualification in sustainability, environmental science, engineering or a related discipline
Experience within infrastructure, construction, engineering or consulting environments
Strong technical writing and communication skills
Confidence working directly with clients and project teams
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and take ownership of your work
Collaborative, proactive and interested in growing with a smaller consultancy
Highly regarded: IS Accredited Professional credentials
Highly regarded:



Green Star experience and/or accreditation
Highly regarded: Experience in carbon, climate risk, ESG or sustainability reporting
