About the Role
This pivotal leadership position at ourhigh-performance North Lakes centrewill see you championing excellence in clinical care while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Reporting to our experiencedon-site Site Manager, you will lead by example, ensuring outstanding patient care, staff development, and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Providestrong clinical leadershipand support to a team of 12 nurses across radiation oncology and the day hospital.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and collaboration.
Ensure thehighest standard of patient care, focusing on safety, quality, and patient experience.
Develop and maintain strongrelationships with multidisciplinary teamsand key stakeholders.
Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training, and staff development,empowering your team to thrive.
About You
We are looking for adedicated and experienced Nurse Managerwho is passionate about patient care and team development.
You'll thrive in a leadership role, supporting your team to grow and succeed.




Skills & Experience:
AHPRA-registeredRegistered Nurse.
Minimum5 years post-graduation experience, with extensive oncology nursing expertise.
Relevantpost-graduate qualification(or working towards one), such as amanagement qualification.
Proven ability tolead and inspire a nursing team, with a focus on professional growth and service excellence.
Experience inhealthcare business operations, including financial and resource management (preferred).
