Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking an experienced CMDB Configuration Analyst to drive data quality, governance and remediation across our CMDB for the Payments portfolio.
This hands-on role focuses on accurate CI data, ownership, and ongoing governance within ServiceNow.
The role requires ITIL knowledge, CMDB experience, and robust stakeholder engagement to deliver reporting, dashboards and governance controls.
Hybrid work with three days in Sydney.
