The Role:
Returning with email & phone inquiries
Shadow the best agents in the Eastern Suburbs
Database Calls - Warm leads
Prospecting for new listings - Cold Calls, Door Knocking, Letter Box Drops
Attending Open Homes, Property Photo Shoots & Pest & Building Inspections
Shadowing the Agent at Market Appraisals and Listing Presentations

Skills & Experience:




The successful candidate must be determined and not afraid to make calls / get out there and be involved with the community.
You must also display the following:
Previous experience in Real Estate is desired but not essential
Certificate of Registration and Car
Solid Communication Skills
Immaculate & Professional Presentation
Exceptional customer service skills
Self-motivation and desire to succeed
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Flexibility to work weekends (time off in lieu during the week)
