Warehouse Assistant – Bakery Manufacturing St Peters
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our bakery manufacturing team.
This hands‐on role is ideal for someone who is organised, physically fit, attentive to detail and comfortable working in a rapid‐paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Picking, packing and organising cakes and pastries products
Moving products in and out of the freezer
Receiving, checking and storing stock
Rotating stock according to FIFO procedures
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse
Assisting with simple production and warehouse tasks
Following food-safety and workplace-safety procedures
The successful candidate will:
Be comfortable working in a freezer for periods during each shift




Be able to safely lift and move boxes and products
Be reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Be able to follow instructions and work well within a team
Warm freezer jackets will be provided.
Previous warehouse, food‐production or bakery experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
We are keen to hear from candidates looking for a full‐time/part‐time opportunity who are available for a minimum of three shifts per week.
