Successful candidates will work 11-hour days on a 14:7 roster, with casual roles and potential permanent placement for robust performers.
Applicants should have a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, experience in bulk catering, and strong food safety knowledge.
FIFO/DIDO and remote-site experience are desirable but not essential.
