Responsibilities include:
n
Coordinate resources for the effective execution of projects
n
Ensure that projects are delivered successfully to agreed scope, budget and timelines
n
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
n
Ensure resource availability and allocation
n
Develop detailed and comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress
n
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
n
Manage IT delivery program of works, organisational change, project and process integration
n
scope in conjunction with third parties and Woodside business stakeholders.
n
Measure project performance
n
Report and escalate to Woodside management as needed
n
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and their expectations accordingly
n
Risk & Issue Management: Perform risk management to minimise project risks and resolve project issues

Manage release plans, change requests and status reporting for the project.
n
Create and maintain project documentation
n
Timely and accurate communication and distribution of project information to all appropriate stakeholders
n
Ensure successful implementation of services for the designated products and projects - following and complying to DDS process and other relevant Woodside standards and procedures
n
Proactively identify and removes blockers,



limits work in progress and prevents distractions
n
Facilitate frequent retrospectives, sharing metrics to identify and implement project
n
improvements.
n
Conflict management - Identify differences in understanding and issues as they arise and elevate them to the team for resolution, or to management if needed
n
Work with Product Owners to ensure that testing and feedback is completed in a timely manner and meeting the Sprint timelines

General requirements:
n




Proven working experience in project management
n
Experience/knowledge
of IT project delivery, operations and support framework ie ITIL
n
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification (not necessary the right qualification)
n
Relevant tertiary qualification/s
n
Over 10 years of experience
n
Experience in managing Agile/Waterfall projects - release planning, budgets, forecasting and status reporting
n
Experience in using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS-Project, Jira and Confluence
n
Operating Assets requirements:
n
Travel:
travel to operating sites is required twice a month or as required for project and stakeholder management
n
Asset Escalation with Digital:
Leverage knowledge and relationships across the multiple disciplines within Digital including applications, AV,
telecommunications,
cyber, OT and networks to support escalations and requests from Asset VIP's.
n
Engaging with Asset stakeholders
: Regularly communicating with Asset leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, which may include travel to site to build and maintain key relationships.
n
Engaging with IT stakeholders
: Facilitate conversations between Asset stakeholders and IT service lines to support delivery of outcomes for the Asset.
n
Planning and Safety
: Supporting teams in communicating with site stakeholders on impacts of IT changes, via Engineering MOC and IAP, to deliver work safely on site.
n
