basis, delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests across two of the hotel's most dynamic outlets.
Job Summary

Prepare and produce high-quality dishes, ensuring all items are presented in accordance with established recipes, standards, and luxury service expectations.
n
n
Support the day-to-day operation of both outlets, maintaining exceptional culinary and service standards.
n
n
Ensure compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, food safety regulations, and Marriott International brand standards.
n
n
Maintain correct food handling, storage, and stock rotation procedures.
n
n
Demonstrate a strong understanding of quality ingredients, flavours, and contemporary presentation techniques.
n
n
Assist in managing food preparation, mise en place, and service requirements to meet business demands.
n
n
Communicate production needs and service priorities effectively with culinary and front-of-house teams.
n
n
Contribute to menu consistency, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
n
Support the training and development of junior kitchen team members.
n
Who We're Looking For

n
A genuine passion for hospitality and the culinary arts.
n
n




Strong technical cooking skills with experience across à la carte and high-volume service environments.
n
n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
n
n
Previous experience within luxury hotels, premium restaurants, or high-end food and beverage venues is highly regarded.
n
n
A self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
n
n
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
n
n
