The Opportunity
n
HR Surveyors is seeking an experienced Engineering Surveyor to join our growing South Australian team.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveyor looking to take the next step in their career with a growing national business. For the right candidate, there is also a genuine pathway into a Survey Management position within 12 months.
n
Reporting to management, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services across a diverse range of engineering and construction projects throughout South Australia.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Plan and execute daily survey tasks to meet project deadlines
n
Perform accurate survey calculations, drafting and reporting using industry-standard software
n
Undertake engineering set-out, as-built surveys and other construction surveying requirements
n
Liaise directly with clients to ensure project requirements and specifications are met
n
Collaborate with project managers, site teams and other surveyors to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes
n
Operate Trimble and/or Leica survey equipment to undertake precise fieldwork
n




Maintain a high standard of safety, accuracy and professionalism across all work
n
n
About You
n
You are a proactive and detail-oriented Engineering Surveyor with strong industry experience and a genuine passion for your work.
n
You will ideally bring:
n
n
A minimum of 2–3 years of engineering or construction surveying experience
n
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center and/or 12D
n
Hands-on experience with Trimble and/or Leica survey equipment
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Excellent communication and client liaison skills
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
A current Australian driver's licence
n
A relevant qualification in Surveying, or equivalent industry experience
n
