Casual Rental Sales Officers
to join our
Sunshine Coast Airport team
. The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

About the role

Primary responsibilities include:

Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
n
Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
n
Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rentals
n
Cross-sales
n
n
About You
n
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and qualified attitude and will have the following skills and attributes:

Ability to identify customer needs and make sales

Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software

Ability to follow process, procedures and maintain documentation
