Lead HubSpot Solution Architect
n Permanent – Sydney
n $150,000 - $170,000 + super

CalibrX is partnering with a growing HubSpot consulting partner looking for a Lead HubSpot Solution Architect to become the technical authority across its delivery function.
n This is a senior, client-facing role where you will lead discovery, design scalable HubSpot solutions, architect integrations across multiple platforms, and provide technical direction across complex implementations.
n You will also play an important leadership role within the team, mentoring HubSpot Implementation Specialists, improving technical standards and supporting pre-sales on larger and more complex opportunities.

Responsibilities:
n
n
Lead discovery and architecture workshops for complex HubSpot implementations
n
Design scalable solutions across multiple HubSpot Hubs and integrated platforms
n
Architect integrations between HubSpot, ERP, finance and third-party systems
n
Own technical standards, solution design and architecture best practices
n
Review complex solution designs and act as the technical escalation point across delivery
n
Work closely with implementation teams to ensure solutions are delivered in line with the agreed architecture
n
Support pre-sales with technical discovery, solution design, estimates and client demonstrations
n
Mentor consultants and improve technical capability across the wider delivery team
n
Develop reusable frameworks, documentation and implementation best practices
n

Experience:
n
n
Extensive experience delivering complex HubSpot implementations across multiple Hubs
n




Strong experience leading solution architecture for mid-market or enterprise customers
n
Deep understanding of business processes across Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations
n
Robust experience designing integrations between HubSpot and ERP or other third-party platforms
n
Ability to lead workshops and communicate complex solutions to senior stakeholders
n
Experience mentoring consultants and improving technical delivery standards
n
Advanced HubSpot certifications
n
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to pre-sales and solution estimation
n
