In the role ofBranch Manager,you will join our retail teamcontributingto keybusiness priorities andcontinuously improvinghow we serve our customers.

Working efficiently and with purpose for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do

Be responsible forthe overall performance of your branch through coaching, mentoring, leadership, and direction
n
Drive sales activity to achieve
businessobjectivesby
activelyidentifyingcross
-sale opportunities

Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers and partners; making sure everyone within your team understands the importance of delivering this every time
n
Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division
n

You'llbring to this role:

Proven experience in retail banking management or leadership roles is essential
n
Customer-centric thinking

Ability to Influence, coach, and work collaboratively your team
