Scape Australia in Sydney is seeking an FP&A; Manager to own budgeting and forecasting for our Student Living and BTR assets.
You will partner with senior leaders to ensure budgets are accurate, timely, and aligned with strategic plans, driving FP&A; process improvements.
Day-to-day you lead the annual budget and reforecast, build cash-flow forecasts with Treasury, and deliver monthly and quarterly performance insights on occupancy, room rates and revenue drivers.
