Job Description
Tes is seeking a Head of Customer Success (ANZ) to own the region's CS function end-to-end, moving from relationship-led to data-driven, scalable, revenue-focused leadership.
n
You will own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and lead a transformation of CS, including structured playbooks, churn prediction, and a scalable operating rhythm to support growth. This is a player-coach role, guiding strategic accounts while developing the team.
