We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Hand to join our team in Dee Why, New South Wales. This temporary, casual role is essential for supporting our kitchen operations, ensuring a clean and efficient environment. The Kitchen Hand will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and contribute to the overall success of our hospitality and catering services.

Responsibilities:

Assist chefs with food preparation and cooking tasks as required

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
n
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure hygiene standards
n
Help with stock management, including receiving and storing deliveries
n




Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
n
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
n

Qualifications:

No formal education required; however, a passion for food and hospitality is essential
n
Previous experience in a kitchen workplace is advantageous but not necessary
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
n
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
n
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred
