Your new role
n
Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and optimising the operations, overall sales, and profitability of the business.
n
You will:
n
n
Lead, train and develop your team to achieve measurable results.
n
Drive sales and build valued and successful working relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
n
Manage day-to-day branch operations across trade, warehouse and deliveries.
n
Oversee inventory and ensure stock accuracy.
n
Take ownership of branch performance including P&L; and budgets.
n
Effectively manage all systems and procedures to control performance of the branch to meet and exceed targets.
n
Identify growth opportunities and build the business.
n
n
About you
n
n
Proven success in branch management, business management or leading a high-performing sales and operations team.
n
Background in trade wholesale,



construction, plumbing, electrical or a related sector (preferred, not essential).
n
A commercially minded leader with a robust sales focus
n
Confident building relationships and earning the trust of both customers and an experienced team.
n
Motivated by accountability, growth and achieving results.
n
