About the role
n
As the Fabrication Account Manager - NSW, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers within the New South Wales region for Mitek Australia Ltd. Based in Riverwood, NSW offering the opportunity to work with a leading provider of innovative construction and engineering solutions.

What you'll be doing
n
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to drive growth and retention
n
Identify current business opportunities and actively pursue leads to expand Mitek Australia's customer base
n
Provide expert technical and commercial advice to customers, ensuring their needs are met
n
Collaborate with the sales, engineering, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service
n
Prepare and present detailed proposals, tenders, and presentations to customers
n
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
n
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives
n




What we're looking for
n
5+ years of experience in a similar account management or sales role within the
construction/engineering
industry
n
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes and construction materials
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
n
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering successful customer outcomes
n
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple stakeholders
n
Qualification in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, construction management) is desirable
n
