Senior Technical Business Analyst – Deceased Estates
n
Job Description:
n
n
Work as a Senior Business Analyst supporting Deceased Estates business processes.
n
Assess the impact of UNITE transformation initiatives on business operations.
n
Gather and document business requirements.
n




Work closely with Agile delivery teams and business stakeholders.
n
Perform impact assessments and process analysis.
n
Support process design and SOP updates.
n
Coordinate UAT and BPIV activities.
n
Support business readiness, training, and communication.
n
Assist with change management activities.
n
Conduct workshops and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders.
n
