You'll be involved in the following activities and outcomes:

Meeting the prescribed standards and call handling targets and measures
n
n
Maximising revenue and achieving commission through selling procedures
n
n
Identifying customer's needs through questioning techniques, product usage analysis and the application of standard procedures
n

Providing a range of products and services information to customers to enable them to make an informed decision.
n
n
Meeting the required sales targets based upon opportunity.
n

Accurate data entry of customer details into CMS systems
n
n
Escalating customer complaints in accordance with the Aussie Broadband policy and procedures
