We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded State Manager to take ownership of our Queensland and regional operations.
n

About the Role
n As our leader on the ground, you will take full ownership of QLD and regional operations, ensuring all property management portfolios are performing at a high standard. You will be responsible for driving consistency, compliance, and growth across your State, while supporting and developing a team of Property Managers.
n
You'll be the key link between strategy and execution – ensuring processes are followed, standards are upheld, and opportunities for improvement are identified and actioned.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and supporting property management teams across QLD and regional teams
n
n
Ensuring all portfolios are well-managed, compliant, and performing
n
n
Driving operational efficiency, consistency, and best practice
n
n
Staying up to date with relevant legislation and ensuring compliance across the board
n
n




Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to achieve strong results
n
n
Identifying growth opportunities and contributing to the broader business strategy
n
n
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

n
A strong operator with proven experience in property management leadership
n
n
Commercially savvy, with a "business owner" mindset
n
n
Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
n
n
Effective people management skills (Essential)
n
n
Confident leading teams across multiple locations
n
n
Passionate about building structure, improving performance, and driving results
n
n
Up to date with industry legislation and best practice
n
n
No Class 1 licence required at this stage– a Class 2 is all you need
n
n
***** years' experience in the Real Estate Industry (Essential)

Management experience (Essential)
n
