In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting enquiries, transactions, bookings, shop sales, golf functions and general golf course operations.
Key responsibilities
You will help deliver a welcoming and high-quality customer experience in line with Council's values and the Sefton Golf Customer Service Charter.
What you need
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Current Working with Children Check.
Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the golf industry, including rules, handicap system, equipment and golfing accessories.
