Job Description
Foot Locker in Parramatta is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. In the absence of the Store Manager you will assume leadership duties, drive sales and profit, and maintain product knowledge and store standards.

You will train and motivate staff, manage visual merchandising and scheduling, and collaborate with leadership to meet targets. Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays is essential.
